Fathers 4 Justice House of Commons protest - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Two members of the fathers' rights pressure group Fathers 4 Justice, Guy Harrison and Ron Davis, threw two condoms filled with purple-dyed flour into the chamber of the House of Commons, one of which hit Prime Minister Tony Blair.
Whilst throwing the bombs (reported to be made from either self-raising or corn flour), one of the organisation members shouted, "Fathers for justice!" Fathers 4 Justice spokesman Matt O'Connor later explained the choice of colour, stating that "purple is the international colour of equality".
The members of Fathers 4 Justice who perpetrated the incident were, however, vouched for by The Baroness Golding, a member of the House of Lords, which allowed them into an unscreened area.

Spiderman: Father cut-off policy by secret Family Courts causes Traffic Chaos in London
Over the last 25 years many fathers also wasted large amounts of their savings and wages (and we are talking 6 figure sums) fervently hoping justice would be performed in courts where the public is banned, where the press is forbidden to enter, where so called 'CAFCASS' child welfare experts remain untrained and ideologically contaminated.
The ongoing wave of protests highlights that the mood amongst disempowered fathers has irreversibly turned, and that we are witnessing a new phase in how fathers fight to be a father to their children.
Institutional oppression of fathers saw men like Conrad being sentenced to 84 days for texting son on 5th birthday - (he served 42 days in the Scrubs Prison), while doing nothing to mothers who are are breaking court orders that were meant to let children keep their fathers.

Fathers 4 Justice - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fathers 4 Justice (sometimes abbreviated to F4J) is a worldwide campaigning group with branches in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the USA, Canada, Australia, Italy and Sweden campaigning for equal parenting, family law reform and fathers' rights.
The group was founded in the UK in 2003 in the aftermath of the Father Christmas protest on 17 December 2002 in London by Matt O'Connor.
The relevant Act of Parliament is The Children Act 1989, which states that the welfare of a child [with divorced parents] is paramount and that the welfare "is best served by maintaining as a good relationship with both parents as possible".

Guardian | Most fathers get justice
Last night's Channel 4 programme, Geldof on Fathers, reiterated the view that mothers have everything their way when families part, and that the only fair way forward is to insist that children are split 50/50 between warring parents whether they like it or not.
Fathers 4 Justice is fighting for fewer than 2% of separated fathers - for that is the number who, having been granted a contact order by the courts, have then been forced to return to court because their ex-partners have frustrated that order.
Another common misconception is that 40% of fathers lose contact with their children because, according to a front-page story in the Sunday Telegraph in April, "mothers admit to 'thwarting contact' between children and their fathers".

Society | Court transparency test for Fathers 4 Justice
Decent, loving fathers either manage to agree contact with the children's mothers without resorting to the legal process, or such contact is invariably agreed at, or ordered by, the court.
A tiny minority of fathers have usually been denied contact because they have been violent or abusive to the child or mother; or for such reasons as serious alcoholism or drug misuse, which is having a detrimental effect on the child.
Indeed, all fathers' organisations could play a crucial part in high lighting concern about the deaths of 28 children during contact visits, the granting of contact and indeed residence orders to men with records of offences against children, and the way that the voices of children so often go unheard in family proceedings.

F4J founder Matt O'Connor said the group was protesting, in the run-up to Fathers' Day, at MPs' failure to help fathers in their fight to gain access to children through the courts.
Mr O'Connor says some of these cases will be due to fathers turning their backs, but he claims that the "vast majority" are due to mothers denying access.
Fathers are forced to support children even when mothers are not being forced to allow those fathers access, he says.

Fathers 4 Justice (F4J) is a new civil rights movement campaigning for a child's right to see both parents and grandparents.
The group comprises Fathers, Mothers, Grandparents, Teachers, Doctors, Company Directors, Policemen, Barristers — a complete cross section of society — all whom believe that Britain is needlessly creating a nation of children without parents and parents without children.
A recent judgement by Lord Justice Thorpe severing contact between a child and her father gave the green light to recalcitrant mothers that they could veto contact between children and their fathers if this made them 'anxious or depressed.' So why is the Lord Chancellor's Department failing to uphold the will of Parliament?

The board of CAFCASS was subsequently forced to resign by Lord Chancellor Charlie Falconer following a select committee report (unrelated to the activities of fathers rights campaigners) on child welfare that sharply criticised the agency's methods.
The group says it chose the theme because "fathers have the role of superhero in the lives of children." Since June 2004, women supporters too have adopted similar disguises and joined in the protests, indicating that the cause that F4J represents is not an exclusively male preoccupation.
O'Connor has also questioned the wisdom of increasing the budget for contact centres, which the government has done, arguing that this will just mean more fathers having to use the centers when mothers demand it, rather than enjoying greater freedom with their children.

Fathers 4 Justice was launched in December 2002, when over 100 protesters dressed as Father Christmas staged a singing sit-in in the lobby of the Lord Chancellor's office.
The phrase 'fathers' rights' has become an established part of the political lexicon - at the start of 2002 it barely clocked any mentions in the press; by July 2004, it was receiving nearly 50 articles a month (2).
Although Fathers 4 Justice criticises the state, it also invites it in, asking for a better deal in the family courts, with a presumption of equal contact for father and mother.
