The Fayette Tubular Products site is a defunct manufacturing facility located at the northern edge of the Village of Fayette that produced metal tubing for air conditioner units at the site from 1962 until 1997 (Figure 1).
Groundwater sampling associated with the Fayette Tubular Products site conducted on November 7, 2002 has shown TCE levels at 15,300 ppb in MWG-3 which is located in the easement on residential property at the southeast corner of Gamber Road and Rail Road Streets (Figure 2).

According to Fayette County, Ohio court records all three of John’s children were mentioned in Peter’s will as devisees, a legal term dating back to the 15th century meaning the recipient of real property according to a will.
According to Fayette County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas records (Minute Book B, page 117), on Feb. 25, 1830, the state of Ohio indicted Susannah Rose (or Rowe as she stated her last name at the time) and Adam Harness (at the time they were not married to each other) for adultery.
