I’ve said this a number of times, and so has every Cubs analyst with a brain in his head: the only effective way to use Karros is as the short side of a platoon with Choi, if you think Choi can’t hit lefties (and I don’t know whether he can or not).

The Board confirmed that the county would be required to amend budgets affected by the PERC ruling and by recent action taken in regards to unclassified employees, but there would be no amendments to budgets otherwise unless due to an emergency.
