Her spare time has been limited lately because of studying for the bachelor’s degree she will earn from Indiana Wesleyan University in June, but Herres does find time to enjoy music (she plays piano for Grace Community Church) and crocheting (doilies are her specialty).
February 26 in the ACC lobby and February 27 in Euclid Crossing.

 MPD Ballou Senior High School safety plan, February 18, 2004
On February 2, 2004, at approximately 10:30 AM, James Richardson, a Ballou Senior High School student, was fatally shot in the school by Thomas J. Boykin, another Ballou student.
It is designed for students 18 years and older who have dropped out of school.
The fatal shooting on February 2nd occurred in the hallway just outside of the daycare center, where there were no cameras and no patrols.

They immediately started getting to know their families, and quickly began their classess at Casa Americana, in the heart of the city.

The Federation of Students web site announces that the Feds will present some recommendations to the city of Waterloo's Student Accommodation Study Advisory Committee today.
The main recommendation of the report is for the City to cooperates with developers and property managers in transforming the existing low-density neighbourhood to the east of UW (the Lester-Sunview neighbourhood) into a student-friendly medium density precinct.
Work is under way for an "employee wellness fair" to be held at UW April 26-28.

They asked that up to 18 counties using machines made by Ohio-based Diebold Election Systems add more safeguards to protect them against hackers.
Court officials scheduled a hearing for Wednesday on that issue and an accompanying lawsuit seeking to stop the state and Diebold from using "insecure" voting machines.

Wilma Fox Leonard, who with her late husband George was among Macalester’s most generous and longtime benefactors, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, at a nursing home in Cupertino, Calif. She was 99.
Leonard’s survivors include a son, Mark Leonard `65, and his wife, Candace Hewitt Leonard `67; a daughter, Barbara Robben; a granddaughter, Katie Robben Fox `84, and her husband, Thomas Johnson Fox `86; and nieces Peggy Leonard `89 and Susan Adams `61.
