This is confirmed by consulting the successive dates in daily issues of Pravda, the official newspaper of the Communist Party, in which February had 28 days in 1930 and 1931, but had 29 days in 1932, which agrees with the rules of the Gregorian calendar.

Thus, from 29 February (Julian) or 11 March (Gregorian) 1700, until 28 February (Julian) or 10 March (Gregorian) 1712, Sweden (which at the time included Finland) used a calendar which was one day ahead of the Julian calendar and 10 days behind the Gregorian calendar.
