The cabinet in a Fender tweed amp is an integral element of the overall tone of the amp.
The currently do have Mark Baier to think deciding that the world needed more tweed amps, and he has indeed built them-identical reproductions of virtually the entire line of Fender tweed amps manufactured in the late '50s, with a few respectful enhancement added along the way.
Mark Baser will also make earlier versions of The Champ, and as with most Victories, you can custom-mix new and exciting speaker combos that extend beyond the original 6" and 8" Champ models.

So now I can play downstairs (when my wife is out) with the Fender Champ 12 Tube amp, and upstairs with this L5.
We also play Surf-Instrumentals, which you can't use the L5 for, as a matter of fact, I think you can only use Fender Amps (Twin Reverb) for Surf-Music.
The only problem I had with the L5 was that the reverb unit would sometimes go out on me, and I'd have to re-tighten the connecting cables to the reverb tank.

The second film from the same team was Robots (2005), a slapstick, science-fiction animated film about clunky, nuts-and-bolts androids featuring Robin Williams (his first voice in an animated feature since 1992) as the voice of Fender.
The undisputed box-office champ of the year, it was the tale of Marlin - a widowed clown fish's (voice by Albert Brooks) search in the Pacific Ocean, with a dopey and forgetful blue tang fish named Dory (voice by Ellen DeGeneres), for missing son Nemo with a withered fin.

our lovely vocal champ flattens the competition with the bossa set...the greatness of todd shows through in the improvisational sections he is inventing stretching but not going too far overboard to strain the voice - the high end is clearer.
Note: almost complete show that is from the last date of the tour- loud lick drum that drills a hole in your chest-the booming low fender end of t bones bass, the very high level of daryls mic-which is left wide open to catch all his high low vol vocs...
Of course i would have loved to hear a mellow one like past or even an oldie, but to me this was no reason for any disappointment at all.

I play Classic Rock, Country, and blues, and I only have one amp as of right now, which is a Victoria tweed Champ clone, but it is 1X12 instead of a 1X8.
It had richer and hotter sound, may be because of the rosewood neck, and has a vintage vibe, for the price paid look at the features and compare it to others(in fender frontline catalog) I now know why it sounds so good...
I get classic rock sounds, great blues and the country twang I was looking for in my first tele.
