  Ferberite
Ferberite and huebnerite are both part of the wolframite series.
Minerals with both Fe and Mn are referred to as wulframite.

  FERBERITE (Iron Tungstate)
Ferberite's iron content causes the dramatic differences between it and hubnerite (wolframite is of course intermediate).
Ferberite tends to be fl colored, with a fl streak, is opaque with a nearly submetallic luster, is denser, has crystals with a different elongation and can be weakly magnetic.
Ferberite is the rarer member of the series.

 HUBNERITE (Manganese Tungstate)
Hubnerite is the Manganese rich end member while ferberite is the iron rich end member.
Hubnerite is more common than ferberite but not nearly as common as wolframite.
Ferberite, however, tends to be fl colored, with a fl streak, is opaque with a nearly submetallic luster, is denser and weakly magnetic.

Leudecke (1879) described it by mistake as a new species with this crystal habit and fl in colour with submetallic lustre, and named it " Reinite " after Professor Rein.

There is a reason that in igneous rocks the dark minerals are referred to as pyriboles or even bipyriboles (it could be biotite, a pyroxene or an amphibole - or a mixture of these minerals).
In the case of wolframite, there are two end members of the series, Hubnerite (manganese tungstate) and ferberite (iron tungstate).
The composition where you would start refering to these chemical varieties could be from 10 to 25% of the minor element (there is no standard on this).
