Fernhill Cemetery, originally known as the Rural Cemetery at the time it opened in 1848, is located at 200 Westmorland Road in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.
Renamed Fernhill in 1899, the 125 acre (0.5 km²) cemetery has a special section for veterans of both World War I and World War II, and is the burial site of one of only a few Canadians to ever receive the United States highest military decoration, the Medal of Honor.
At the time the cemetery opened, the Church of England was the official Church of Britain and her colonies and as such there is a designated area for Church of England members.

The first burial in the Saint John Rural Cemetery, as Fernhill was called in the beginning years, was 153 years ago when Georgenna Campbell was interred in lot 10 on Spruce Avenue on March 8, 1848.

The St. Stephens Church was built in 1829 and is said to be the oldest in the Nilgiri Hills.
