		Tianjin, China — Ferrero SpA won its lawsuit in China’s Tianjin High Court against Montresor (Zhangjiagang) Food, a local manufacturer accused of copying the Italian company’s signature Rocher-brand chocolates.
		Ferrero spent $800,000 defending its rights against Chinese companies that it says are counterfeiting its products, including Kinder chocolate eggs, according to the company.
		The court ruled that Montresor must immediately stop producing the items, said to closely resemble Ferrero’s in packaging and appearance, and pay the Italian company $87,000, according to a Ferrero spokesman.
