They have both been the subjects of documentaries by Nick Broomfield, a filmmaker known for bringing humor and intelligence to issues as diverse as prostitution and the commercialization of America's first female serial killer.
Fetishes are the eroticization of people's worst nightmares; they are an intellectualization of something, and enormously specific for some people.
The whole thing about fetishes is they're so visual and sensational in a way that one could have gone from one enormous sensational scene to another without really understanding anything.

Fetishes (documentary) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fetishes is a 1996 documentary by Nick Broomfield filmed at Pandora's Box, one of New York City's most luxurious SM/fetish parlours.
The documentary opens with fl and white footage from an Irving Klaw film depicting models, including Bettie Page, wearing fetish attire.
Nick Broomfield and his film crew then arrive at Pandora's Box on Manhattan's Fifth Avenue and are given a tour of the facility by Mistress Raven, including the dungeon and the medical room.

Support Area - What is Infantilism
Infantilists usually combine the submission of the baby role with the fetishes of diapers, though not all infantilists actually practice coprophilia or watersports.
In the context of fetishism or BDSM, it is more properly referred to as ABDL, and persons engaging in the practice as either Adult Babies or Diaper Lovers.
While no definitive studies have yet been made regarding the incidence of true homosexuality or bisexuality amongst infantilists, this incidence is believed in all probability to be approximately the same as, or slightly higher than, this incidence in the general population, at roughly 5% to 10%, depending on the definition.

The typical Crumb woman, as shown in hundreds of comic book stories, is, for him a collection of fetishes: "big fine legs," boots, a buttocks with what he terms the shelf effect.
In one of his sketchbooks, Crumb says to the reader, "The reason my marriage broke up, was, well…basically it was because she hates to have anything on her feet and I'm a shoe fetishist!" In a story in Zap number 9, little Bobby Crumb feels the first glimmerings of sexuality.

DOCUMENTARY maker Nick Broomfield has what's beginning to look like an unhealthy interest in pleasure-for-pay.
In "Fetishes," his 86-minute look at New York's Pandora's Box, a brothel specializing in sado-masochism, Broomfield, who is seen throughout the film carrying a tape recorder and boom, wants to record actual sessions with the dominatrixes and their clients.
It doesn't take a genius to anticipate that the civil engineers, corporate executives, investment bankers and publishers who frequent Pandora's might be less than eager to be tied and whipped, wear baby clothes and lick toilet bowls in front of a camera crew.

Documentary maker Nick Broomfield first planned to do a tour of American fetish establishments, but once he found Pandora's Box, a high priced New York parlour situated on the top floor of an office block, he decided to concentrate on the workers and clients there instead.
Some clients even have a suffocation fetish, which entails dressing all in rubber and breathing through a tube, which is periodically blocked.
You won't get an answer here, none of Broomfield's questions dig very deep, although there are lighter moments, as when he asks a woman if she does her dominatrix's shopping, or when he interviews a man with his head in a toilet bowl (although the man's genocidal reveries make you worry).

This documentary of Nick Broomfield's, focusing on the S/M scene, and in particular, on a place in New York called Pandora's Box where ladies with names like Delilah and Raven 'entertain' their clients, is one-sided from the start, starting with negative preconceptions which it tries to convey to its audience.
However, this weakness aside, it is pretty uncompromising when focusing on the mistresses and their clients (whether male or female).
So it remains fairly interesting but ultimately unengaging, mainly because of Broomfield's reluctance to go in there with an open mind and let the viewers of this documentary decide for themselves.
