  ANZ Agricultural Fieldays Award 2004
The ANZ Agricultural Fieldays Story of the Year is judged by an independent panel of three judges, which this year consisted of Barry Quayle, Allison Oosterman and Brigid Feeley.
NZGAJC president, Janet Tyson, said the Agricultural Fieldays at Mystery Creek is probably the one most important national event in the rural calendar, with thousands of farmers traveling to Hamilton from all around the country.
We were delighted when a key sponsor of the Fieldays, ANZ, decided to recognise the important role the media play in promoting this event which increases in popularity each year," she said.

 Fieldays Service Tradition Continues
The annual Fieldays is the biggest agricultural trade show in the Southern Hemisphere, attracting more than 114,000 visitors to the Mystery Creek site this year.
Salvation Army Fieldays Co-odinator Brian Smith says that the missing persons bureau operated out of a borrowed cabin and dealt with 90 cases involving almost 200 people.
Fielday visitors really appreciated having The Salvation Army on hand, with many positive comments about the services offered.
