The now-defunct California band went through various lineups, but lead guitarist and vocalist Jeff (The band does not include their last names either on the album or their biographies.) was the founding father and leader of the band through its many incarnations.

I would say that fifteen jumped when they hatched this harebrained scheme to do a show about a group of stupid 15 year olds, and then did absolutely no searching for real actors, but after seeing Ashley appear in The X Files and also Suicide Kings, I see where they were going.
Then the was Dylan, who had that band that was supposed to be so cool, then you had Billy the 10 year old playing the drums who always kept that stupid grin on his face.
Fifteen was one of those shows that had excellent ideas and plots that were simply carried out poorly.

Both death and relatively clean hardcore vocals are present, and when combined with the frantic pace the band flails away at, the result is a DRI for the new millenium.
I guess Nuclear Blast wasn't satisfied with the symphonic fl metal bands they already have on their roster, as they went and signed Italy's GRAVEWORM (not to be confused with America's own band of raw metal of death, GRAVEWURM).
The parts with the band members vomiting blood wasn't too bad, but the surgery scenes were too graphic for me. The video is everything the one ABORTED should have had in theirs.

The band, (Chris on vocals and guitar; Scott on upright bass and vocals; and Trav Demsey on drums) managed themselves, and after a while, they began to get gigs around Melbourne, in their native Australia.
In 1998, drummer Scott Raynor was replaced with Travis Barker (formerly of The Aquabats)and the band began work on their third album, Enema of the State, which was released in the summer of 1999.
