		The new test relies on a lock of hair, rather than a urine sample, which has led Teamsters Local 102 to file a civil rights lawsuit and one worker to shave all of his body hair.
		Testing is important because brewery employees work with heavy machinery and hot liquids, he said.
		Because urine tests reveal the presence of drugs ingested from 18 hours to three days before the samples were taken, they are still used after accidents and upon "reasonable suspicion," Schmitz said.

	Despite Senate rejection, Clinton vows to fight for test ban treaty - October 13, 1999
		The president accused Republican leaders in the Senate of putting pressure on their members who supported the treaty to vote no, and he rapped the Senate for rushing to a vote without spending enough time deliberating the merits of a treaty he believes is necessary to help stop nuclear proliferation.
		The treaty would have extended the present international ban on nuclear tests in the atmosphere to underground testing as well, resulting in a total ban on all nuclear explosions.
