		In '98 at Ocean Shores, Washington, I was introduced to the Northwest Fighter Kite Association and Bruce Lambert among other fine members.
		The Japanese Buka is a rectangular fighter similar to a Korean fighter, but flown on the long leading edge.
		The good thing about the Buka kite is that adapts well to the newer materials that we use here, and it doesn't hurt that it is a great flyer too.
