A sequencer program allows you to record music into a computer, track by track as in a recording studio, and is ideal for composers who have a MIDI keyboard connected to a computer, which allows real-time recording of musical parts.
However, it works perfectly as a stand-alone sequencer program on your own computer.
The program is not appropriate for live recording as there is a delay from when a keyboard note is pressed to when the sound is heard.
