 | | The state fire marshal may revoke any permit issued pursuant to sections 320.106 to 320.161 upon evidence that the holder has violated any of the provisions of sections 320.106 to 320.161. |
 | | The state fire marshal, in his or her discretion, may refuse to issue a permit, for a period not to exceed three years, to a person whose permit has been revoked for the possession or sale of illegal fireworks, as referred to in section 320.136. |
 | | The state fire marshal shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed, at the expense of the owner, all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale, stored or held in violation of the provisions of sections 320.106 to 320.161. |
