No first choice rep to be seen anywhere at the airport, you'd think given the fact that we were supposed to fly at 6.30pm and were finally told at 2am that we weren't would be enough time for a company employee in the office to at least face their customers at the airport.
Perhaps First choice could make it company policy to have seats in the upright position during meal times, thus ensuring this kind of selfish behaviour is abolished.
