 | | As always, the music is damned good, and the album’s sound is unlike any other, with influences from the happy 1960s pop to the melancholy sounds of the Smiths. |
 | | Those who have heard them before will most likely be struck by how different the album is from their earlier work, though it seems to be a perfectly fine evolutionary step in the right direction. |
 | | The video to the first single, "Funny Little Frog," shows Stuart Murdoch, the lead singer, doing a fast-paced dance (with a pretty girl, of course), while songs such as "White Collar Boy," with its catchy chorus and hard drums and guitar, will leave new fans screaming for more, and old fans scratching their heads. |
