The house flag of Brittany Ferries - taking that to mean the flag which is flown on the vessels - usse the wavy "blue over orange separated by a white stripe" motif which looks as though it ought to be a flag, but isn't.
They are the P&O house flag, the Union Jack, the Tricolore and a Brittany Ferries flag, based on the logotype which appears on their advertising.
According to Brown 1995 [lga95] the flag was white with a panel resembling a flapping flag being yellow with a narrow white horizontal band and overall a fl and white target.

This seems to be a fairly consistent pattern — taking an existing flag and “merging” it with the Rainbow Flag or various GLBT [gay, lesbian, bissexual and transgendered] symbols to represent GLBT members of the group the existing flag represents.
The most prevelent was the gay Rainbow flag in several different varieties (including one with a smiley face on it) and a few other gay flags (since this is the gay mecca of the city).
