Cambodia had went through lots of civil wars during the last few decades, therefore, the flags had been changed from one regime to the next.
Cambodia was under the UN administration (UNTAC = United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia) from February 1992 to September 1993.
The flag was used until 1989 in the country, but was not recognized by the UN and international.
