The flag of Liechtenstein consists of two equal horizontal bands of blue (top) and red with a gold crown on the hoist side of the blue band.
The crown was added in 1937, after it was discovered by Liechtenstein's team at the 1936 Summer Olympics that the flag was otherwise identical to the flag of Haiti.

In both instances, the flags have been removed rather quickly, and I would attribute the flag being there in the first place to overwhelming emotion.
