 [No title]
The Department records financial transactions related to State-owned lands, title to which is vested in the Board of Trustees, in Department FLAIR accounting records and utilizes the FLAIR Property Subsystem, hereinafter referred to as the FLAIR Property Record Component (PRC), as the subsidiary listing for those lands.
Additionally, as the differences identified between State lands records and county tax rolls cannot be reconciled without research performed in the county offices, the agreement also required the FREAC to complete annual reconciliations of ownership records maintained by the Department as identified in the SOLI database to ownership documents maintained by the respective counties.
The reconciliation of Department SOLI database records to individual county land ownership records is deficient in that the process does not include the reconciliation of all identified State land ownership claims.
