The Flares Historiarum is a Latin chronicle dealing with English history from creation to 1326 although some of the earlier manuscripts at 1306 ; it was compiled by various persons written partly at St Albans and partly at Westminster Abbey.
The Flares, under that name, are charter members of the one-hit wonder club with their only charter, Foot Stomping Part 1, reaching # 20 R&B and # 25 pop in October 1961.
