Fledge - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Fledge is the stage in a young bird's life when the feathers and wing muscles are sufficiently developed for flight.
Some definitions of fledge take it to mean the independence of the chick from the adults, as adults will often continue to feed the chick after it has left the nest and is able to fly.
The fledging behaviour of the guillemot is spectacular; the adult will lead the chick through the colony if possible, for large drops like cliffs, it will fly down and call to its young.

Fledge is a drug that is used for many beneficial purposes by the fledge miners: it is food, it has healing properties and, most of all, it allows them to travel.
The fledge rage is the terrible consequence of a fledge miner being denied their supply.
Fledge miners are tall and willowy, using their long limbs and thin bodies to worm their way through the fledge seams that runs beneath the ground.

 Manta Pterodactyl Fledgling
The pilot of a powered Fledge had to hoist his entire machine and madly run down a slope to get airborne.
To create the Fledgling, he added a 'fuselage' to the Fledge made of aluminum tubes and fitted it with a seat, a tricycle undercarriage with large-diameter wheels, and a motor with enough power for rolling takeoffs.
he transformation from the Fledge hang glider to the powered Fledgling ultralight broke new ground and Pterodactyl had to promote the Fledgling as "NFL," not foot-launchable to distinguish it from the throngs of powered hang gliders.

I have no idea whether my personal take matches canon or not, but my take is that when a superior's Word is futhered in the mortal world, they can actually gain Forces.
This is where they get the Forces to fledge new angels from.

Clutch size is two to four, although two young are usually raised.
After fledging, the young remain dependent for around two months.
The Mauritius parakeet primarily inhabits native upland forest and scrublands (dwarf forest); it also occurs in areas of native lowland and middle-altitude forest.

Since children fledge in their parents choir, you'd get a Bright Lilim without having to pay Lilith.
My take on it is that a fledging reliever will bond with a angelic chord that harmonises with its own inner nature, either that of the major bands or one of the minor ones such as Blandine's special servants or one of the Celestial Choirs.

Breeding - Resting Breeding Pairs After Chicks Fledge
Oh, and the males can be quite aggressive when sexually frustrated.
When resting breeding pairs after their chicks fledge, I think it depends on the type of bird.
Many such as Canaries, Gouldians, and Javas, are not very particular about who is their mate and could be separated by sex into separate aviaries.
