Fluble art could be described as a very 'busy', and within the confines of the small panels text is often squashed, and any blank space is usually filled with other characters, textures, or amusing objects in the background.
Rubble is Fluble's evil twin, created when their creators dumped their leftover evil all over him because there's, "No point wasting decent evil." [12] He possesses a British accent and an insatiable thirst for evil.

 Fluble's Cast-O-Matic Presents: FLUBLE
While most of Fluble's hours are spent in a nigh-comatose state in front of a viciously radioactive television, he is occasionally stirred to action either by his Quixotic quest to win the love of Clown or his paranoid theories regarding the evil Penguins.
Both inevitably lead Fluble to exasperated humiliation, and while it is clear by now that a permanent retreat into oblivion would be best for all concerned, Fluble masochistically insists on heeding the siren call of the inane.
Fluble still insists that one day he will defeat the hordes of evil Penguins, that he will wed Clown and live in a magical space-faring gold blimp, and that his weird rag doll, Cap'n, will be "enthroned o'er the kingdom of men." He is probably right.

Not for beginners, but an excellent storyline is "Why is the boiled lobster singing?", a Fluble parody of the detective genre, made in a film-noir style.

Since much of the comic's humor comes from its dialogue some readers felt it had, famously put, "too many words." Fans of the series counter the quality of the strip was nonetheless vastly superior in comic timing and artistic skill than most of the other Herald Comics, unequaled in humor until Ted's World.
While God and various prime evils occur in Fluble's universe, their status is as simple characters; the Flaublian world revolves around other poles.
