 General Facts
Historical significance of Henrich Focke's wind tunnel could not be overestimated, since this is nothing less than the last completely preserved research laboratory of one of the great international aviation pioneers.
Focke was already 70 years old and you might wonder why he didn't settle down like other people of his age.
Since Focke's death in 1979 nobody prevented the wind tunnel from dilapidation, because the Focke family lacks funds to maintain the building and the temporary means are not even sufficient to make it watertight.

 Fw 190 A8 - 3
The Focke Wulf FW190 is a legendary German aircraft of the second world war which proved to be a deadly foe to Soviet, British and American airforces.
The basic layout of the Focke Wulf 190 was entirely conventional, being a monoplane with a nosemounted engine driving a tractor airscrew.
Oberfeldwebel Alfred Gunther, flying his Focke Wulf FW190-A8, failed to return and although German planes returned to the area the following day, his fate remained a mystery until recently.

Thanks to Focke and fellow helicopter pioneer, Anton Flettner, Germany entered World War II as the leader in rotorcraft technology.
lthough Focke Achgelis was responsible for the development of the Fa 330, Weser-Flugzeugbau in Hoyenkamp actually produced the aircraft.
Despite this dubious potential, Heinrich Focke succeeded in building and flying an innovative and interesting rotorcraft.

 AVSIM Commercial Simulator Review: Part2
The Focke Wulf Fw190 is a tough bird to fly because it's extremely sensitive on the controls.
Then there are aircraft like the Focke Wulf Fw190A that make you wonder "what happened." In this case, the aircraft is so soft on the controls that even a slight movement of the joystick sent it into a frenzy.
And it missed the target with some of the flight dynamics, in particular the Focke Wulf Fw190.

It was the 415th A-5 constructed from batch 0150812 - 0151793 and manufactured by the parent factory of Focke-Wulf Flugzeugbau GmbH at Bremen.
Interestingly, W.Nr 1227, seems not to have been manufactured as a straight A5 variant.
