  Folkspraak Grammar
The result is Folkspraak, which differs from the natural Germanic languages from which it is derived as a personality type differs from the individuals it represents.
While the Folkspraak lexical building is a separate effort, grammar of course cannot be formulated in the absence of words.
Folkspraak has, of course, so-called primary adverbs, which are not derived from adjectives and do not end in -lik.

The newcomer, Folkspraak Pro, is a superset of Folkspraak Express that differs by emphasizing adherence to an artistic representation of a Germanic language over ease of use; Folkspraak Pro will have a richer grammar, a richer phonology and possibly a unique script as well.
Folkspraak is not meant to be designed by any one individual, but is a collective work created by all interested parties, according to the basic guidelines set below.
The primary objective of Folkspraak is for a speaker of a Germanic language to be able to comfortably read the language with a high level of understanding within a week and to be able to write in the language within a month.

Folkspraak - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Folkspraak (also Folksprâk, Folkspraek, Folksprák, Folksprak, and hyphenated versions such as Folk-Spraak) is an international auxiliary language (IAL) project based on the Germanic languages, currently in development.
It is intended to be quickly learnable by all Germanic speakers (a group including over 465 million native speakers, and an additional 300 to 900 million who speak English as a second language).
As an example of Folkspraak in comparison to other Germanic languages, consider five proposed versions of the Lord's Prayer next to the standard German and English prayer:

Interlingua, on the other hand, was created as a language which would be understandable to all speakers of Romance languages, or speakers of English with some knowledge of a Romance language.
Likewise, Folkspraak does the same with Germanic languages, and Slovio does the same with Slavic languages.
Although I'm not an esperanto speaker, I consider myself an Esperanto fan and a fan of the whole ideia of having a common, neutral language for communication, just has we have the metric system as a common standard of measures.

Not a bad idea, but remember that our purpose is not to reconstruct ProtoGermanic, but to construct a language with as much as possible in common with as many *modern* Germanic langs as possible; thus in cases where most Germanics have transformed sk to sj, sh, or sch, we may want to keep that transformation.
First: I do not see that much linguistic affinities among the Germanic languages that the construction of a "Folkspraak" would be to handle in other ways than by either favouring a single language, or reducing the material to it's smallest denominator.
Second: In case Folkspraak wants to be a common language, I strongly do believe that it would need a common cultural background apart from linguistic affinities - and I really do not see something like that in today's Europe, the idea of "Germanic" culture being somewhat out of date these days...

However, though, there has been a new group of IALs that some have been throwing together all Folkspraak, Folksprák, Volkpraak, or whatever, which are Interlingua, but are Germanic rather than Romance with respect to the underlying design and the vocabulary used.
However, this project is nowhere near completion, as demonstrated by the different spellings of its name (because a single orthography hasn't been fully agreed upon), and would have a hard time competing with English, simply because many would be likely to perceive it as either a germanicized English, or an anglicized German.

It was due to this book that I got interested in Interlingua of IALA.
I'd love to get involved with Folkspraak (Germanic being my bag), but I can't see that I'd ever have the time: Jameld is already suffering from a lack of attention ever since work on Dzxeetuu/Sevorian restarted, and now my mind is full of Slavic stuff.
