		The Ford Motor Company has owned 25% of Mazda since 1979, and its stake was increased to a 33.4% controlling interest in 1996 when Mazda fell into financial crisis.

		Ford makes much of the fact that the suspension boasts a low unsprung weight, and the way it contemptuously absorbs broken bitumen and potholes alike is enormously impressive.
		The car sits very flat when cornering (Ford suggest that there is only a 2 degree roll angle at 0.5G lateral acceleration!), but it's not hard to push it hard enough that the front (albeit grudgingly) slips sideways.

		Hi, I've just brought a 2000 ford laser glxi and love the power and control of it, however I have noticed a small amount of vibration in the steering wheel when on either the freeway or rough roads.
		The car has a RWC and 6 months warranty so if there is a probelm I'm covered, but I have heard some fords do have a little vibration in them.
		Check the obvious 1st, wheels alingment and balance, if it is still doing it after that, then defiantly take it in for a warrenty "safety" inspection and highlight the issue/s you have with it
