		Re Foreigner as a "party hearty" band, they don't even come close to matching the tour antics/escapades of Van Halen, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, etc. Mick and Lou have had their share of "excesses" (as revealed in last year's VH1 BTM special) and failed marriages over the years.
		If Foreigner was such a "party hearty" band in the 70's they certainly did an excellent job of keeping it all low-profile.
		Some of their songs, like Hot Blooded implied that they were doing the things that most bands on the road do, but you gotta admit that you didn't hear about it thru the news or the musical grapevine.

		After going to Austin, the record didn't have the necessary backing which was a bit of a disappointment although Austin is a City that I have always loved to play, so I enjoyed being there just kicking back and doing occasional studio work.
		At that time, I was very out of shape for touring and was not sure I could even come close to getting the gig although that artist was someone I have admired and been a fan of for a very long time.
		Even though Lou's solo hits as well as Foreigner's songs tend to be pretty keyboard oriented John had toured with Foreigner before and it was understood that this would be no problem for him to miss the rehearsals.
