RCMP, EMS and the Fort Saskatchewan Fire Department were called to a pedestrian collision and found that a green Ford Windstar Minivan had struck a 44-year-old female and a nine-year-old girl.
The 16-year-old driver of the minivan is scheduled to appear in Fort Saskatchewan Youth Court on Dec. 20.
