		FOUL was set up by supporters of Oxford United football club to publicise the very real threat of our club going out of business and to fight for the survival of the club.
		FOUL were given copies of letters sent from TW and CCS to Oxford City Council stating that they were confident that full funding would be in place for the completion of the project.
		FOUL is also planning to invite other interested parties to speak at the meeting and John Tanner, leader of Oxford City Council has also agreed to speak and answer questions.
