Foxton willl have it's annual Spring Fling on the third of September this year with several new attractions, including of course our mill, decorated and wind conditions permitting, in full flight.
This was held on the 11th of August at the Foxton Memorial hall and attended by some 25 members, including members who are interested in establishing a bakery and a Dutch museum on the council owned land surrounding the mill.

It's beginnings are linked with the Bible, the first European to settle here was a Presbyterian minister; the shop counter, and transport in the mid to late 1800s.
