		I know that FrameMaker is well suited for this kind of repurposing of information but I never bothered to install it since it is not used that much in prepress in Belgium.
		As with most other applications, creating a PDF from a FrameMaker document means that you have to print to a PostScript file and then use Acrobat Distiller or another application to convert the PostScript file to PDF document.
		FrameMaker and the PostScript driver do not touch the content of EPS-files that were put in the FrameMaker document.
