In the case of a typical Web page, the HTML text is first requested and parsed by the browser, which then makes additional requests for graphics and any other files that form a part of the page in quick succession.
By virtue of being digital, the information of the Web can be searched more easily and efficiently than any library or physical volume, and vastly more quickly than a person could retrieve information about the world by way of physical travel or by way of mail, telephone, telegraph, or any other communicative medium.
By definition or by necessity, the Web has such a massive potential for social exchange, it has the potential to nurture empathy and symbiosis, but it also has the potential to incite belligerence on a global scale, or even to empower demagogues and repressive regimes in ways that were historically impossible to achieve previously.

The contents of the frames may be hosted on the same server as the parent page, or it may link in code from another website server such that these external contents are automatically displayed within the frame (transclusion or remote loading).
The framing website runs a risk of being blamed for external content that, for example, is or becomes inaccurate or objectionable.

Web Usability - Hyperlinks, Frames and Intellectual Property
Each frame is an independently scrollable region of the screen and because it is independent, information downloaded into a frame only fills up that frame and does not effect the content of any surrounding frames.
Virtually all Web pages contain hyperlinks and when a user activates one of these links with a mouse click, their Web browsers automatically establishes contact with the Web page referred to by the link and creates a copy of the material it contains, which is then displayed on the users screen.
Web sites can be developed and presented to a global market quickly and cheaply with very few restraints, and the technology of framing enables the easy and seamless incorporation of material from other Web pages.

 Internet Marketing Legal Issues: Framing
Each frame functions independently, therefore the information that is downloaded into one frame will fill up only that frame, and it will not overwrite or affect the contents of the other frames on the computer screen.
Frames and framing technology offers Web site owners with unique opportunities because each frame functions independently and permits the information to be displayed in only one frame on the computer screen without overwriting the content that is displayed in other frames on the computer screen.
A Web site owner should be aware that their are a number of legal issues raised by framing and including frames on your Web site and that many of these legal issues have still not been resolved.

On the World Wide Web, it is not only possible, but quite common and generally encouraged, for operators of Web sites to create "hypertext links"-so named because they are links to hypertext somewhere else on the Web, which is constructed in a computer language called hypertext markup language, or HTML.
Some argue that because links are such an inherent part of the Web, anyone choosing to operate a Web site has given an "implied license" for others to link to it, unless, perhaps, a disclaimer of such a license appears on the site.
