Leo Joseph Jobin was born 1908 in Torch Lake TWP or Point Mills near Dollar Bay, Houghton County, Michigan.
There likely is a connection to the Jobin family that originated in Normandie, France in 1500's, but the direct links have not been established as I cannot find out much about Hermenegille at all.

 Francis Lopez

Biodiversity Portrait of the St. Lawrence - Biological diversity: Flora - Plant diversity
In contrast, farther upstream, in the St. Lawrence Lowlands, the relatively flat topography and alkaline substrates (clay, limestone) favour the establishment of vast marshes.
The saltwater estuary of the St. Lawrence is defined mainly by climatic and salinity gradients.
Aside from a group of specialized taxa restricted to this segment, the freshwater estuary hosts the largest number of species that are at the limit of their range (northern limits for freshwater species or those with a temperate affinity and southern limits for halophytic species or those with a more northern affinity) (Gauthier 1980).
