		Francis Marion (circa 1732 - February 26 or February 27, 1795) was an American Brigadier General in the American Revolutionary War.
		Marion thus missed the Battle of Camden, but was able to intercept and recapture 150 Maryland prisoners, and about a score of their British guard who had been enroute from the battle to Charleston.

		While I attended I lived in the dorms and the on campus apartments and I have to say they are much nicer than the ones at South Carolina State University and Benedict College.
		Unlike some colleges and universities most if not all of the buildings have air conditioning which is a good thing because it gets hot in the summer (hey it's the south!) and stays warm for most of the school year.
		A good proportion of students have a tendency to leave on the weekends or holidays, mainly because most who attend FMU (as it is known) live in the state and the campus has a deserted feel during these times.
