Frank Cho, born Duk Hyun Cho, is an American comic strip creator, writer and illustrator.
The second of three children, Cho was born in Seoul in 1971, but moved to the United States at the age of six and grew up in Beltsville, Maryland.
Cho has also drawn a wide variety of other professional material, including a new version of Shanna the She-Devil in 2005 for Marvel Comics.

There's been a buzz since it was announced a while ago that Frank Cho would be creating a new Shanna series for the Marvel Max line.
Frank made it clear that the reference to Shanna that he was sent were for the original 1970's series.
I like Frank Cho, but I feel his tone tends to be rather disrespectful of other creators, whether it is other comic strips (such as Charles Schulz), or I guess other comic book writers.

As always, Cho keeps a mixture of realistic drawings (Brandy, Frank), and cartoonish artwork of all the animals.
But at least Cho can laugh at this focus, by having Jen toy with male minds, and having Dean hitting on girls and being hit by them in turn.

I read a while back (quite a while back as you'll see...) that Bill Watterson and Charles Schulz were the only two comic strip creators that wrote and drew ALL of their strips (Monday through Friday, 24/7/52/365).
To me, it seems like he must have been, because his artwork and writing style would be hard to emulate.
