Frank Kelly (born 1938) is an Irish actor, whose career has spanned radio, TV, theatre, music, writing and films.
Frank starred in popular RTÉ children's programme Wanderly Wagon alongside Eugene Lambert and Nora O'Mahoney from 1968-1982, playing a number of different characters and writing many of the scripts.

Frank was aware that acting was not going to provide him with a steady form of income and this initially stopped him from pursuing it as a full time career option.
Frank says, "no townland in Ireland could be safe, so every week people from every townland in Ireland tuned in to see if they featured." Kelly provided many of its greatest moments and characterisation.

Frank Kelly Freas (27 August 1922 – 2 January 2005), called the "Dean of Science Fiction Artists", was one of the most prolific and popular science fiction and fantasy artists.
He was probably the best known and best-loved American SF artist in the second half of the twentieth century.
In 1990 Kelly married (and is survived by) Dr. Laura Brodian.

His grandfather was a fiddler; his grandmother, a melodeon player; his father, Frank Kelly, a piano accordionist from Fourmilehouse in southern Roscommon who won the All-Ireland senior title in 1964; and his mother, Mary (née Ryan) Kelly, an adept pianist and saxophonist.

Frank Kelly Freas, famed science fiction and Mad artist/illustrator, died at 82 in Los Angeles on Sunday.
Freas was well known for being an integral part of the early days of Mad Magazine, starting in February of 1957 and becoming the regular cover painter from July, 1958 until October of 1962.
He also wrote and illustrated several books, including Frank Kelly Freas: The Art of Science Fiction, along with painting voluptuous women on the noses of World War II bombers.
