Spangenberg earned a University of Florida B. in History in 1943, and a Bachelor of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky in 1946.
Ordained in 1957 by the American Baptist Convention, Reverend Spangenberg served as a campus minister at Eastern Michigan University, at Penn State University, at Clemson University, and at the University of Louisville.

- All the 5 day champs they could find will compete for the right to face all of the TOC champs they could find (plus Frank Spangenberg, apparently -- as rumour has it that he's given a spot in the quarterfinals as well even though he failed to win his TOC).
From there, they'll narrow it down to the 2 challengers to face Ken in the 3 day final.
We have some contestants, people like Chuck Forrest and Frank Spangenberg, who have been seeded into the quarterfinals.
