Frank Warren (born in Islington, London on 28 February, 1952) is an English boxing manager and promoter.
Warren is currently the most powerful promoter in Britain and has most of the top boxers from the United Kingdom on his books, including Joe Calzaghe and Danny Williams.
Warren was also the founder and owner of the London Arena until he sold it in 2002.

THE boxing promoter Frank Warren allegedly dishonestly evaded £1.2 million in VAT payments due from his business while withdrawing substantial sums to refurbish a house and pay off debts, a court was told yesterday.
Warren had met Roberts in the late 1980s, when he was a client of the private bank in which Roberts worked.
Warren channelled all his boxing promotion dealings through SNL, which employed him as a consultant on a basic salary of £60,000 a year, with further payments relating to mortgages and car allowances.

Promoter Frank Warren is delighted to announce that he has concluded a deal with ITV to bring big-time boxing back to terrestrial television.
For Warren, who has been a promoter since 1980 and has promoted in excess of 200 world title fights, this is a return to ITV where he brought the biggest names including Nigel Benn, Frank Bruno and Naseem Hamed who's fights were in the top five sporting programmes for 1995 in terms of television ratings.
I'm no fan of Frank Warren but would be the first to applaud him for helping to get boxing back where it belongs in the homes of the millions of fight fans who cannot always make it to the live fights.
