		A California judge has ruled that the Franklin Mint may go ahead with a $25 million malicious prosecution lawsuit against the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund, an official of the collectibles company said Saturday.
		The Franklin Mint and the fund have been battling in court since the fund and executors of Diana's estate accused the company of unlawfully using her likeness when it marketed a Diana "Limited Edition Commemorative Plate."
		That lawsuit was thrown out, and the Franklin Mint filed the $25 million lawsuit in November 2002 accusing the fund and Diana's estate of acting maliciously in filing it.
