My secondary point that people are attempting to discredit the Frasier report are doing so by claiming that it's biased.
Well, folks, all reports are biased - from the Frasier Institute or the NIH or the CDC, to name three examples.
If someone has specific facts to counteract the Frasier report (actual, persuasive, dispositive information), I'd really be interested in seeing it.

The chief critic of the Fraser Institute is one Donald Gutstein, neither a scientist nor a journalist but, rather, a left-wing ideologue and lecturer in the School of Communication at Simon Fraser University.
