Frazier needed a way to give prizes away on a television show he was a part of and decided to develop a goose.
Frazier would invite viewers to come in and show what they like to do in their spare time and it was always interesting.
Frazier Thomas passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 1985 at the age of 66, two days after suffering a stroke at the WGN-TV Studios on West Bradley Place.

Frazier declined to comment after the verdict was read, but his attorney, Christopher Hale, said the jury awarded the full amount of compensatory damages his client sought.
Frazier, who lives in Minnesota, hired Boyle in December 1997 in part because of the attorney's initial success in the so-called Seinfeld case, an employment case against Miller Brewing Co. that resulted in a $24.7 million damage award.
Frazier alleged in his suit that the money was an advance to cover costs involved in a contingent fee case; Boyle said the money was a flat fee of $100,000 minimum, which could increase to $200,000.

Frazier believed his case was just like MacKenzie's - he was fired after many years of faithful service as a result of wrongful allegations of sexual harassment.

I was dragging a video camera on a stand behind me. The plan was this: We were going to go to Frazier Thomas's house, and resurrect his old children's television show (his house was evidently used as the set for the show, at least according to the dream).
It seems to me that my subconscious used Thomas as the archetype for all children's shows from that bygone era—back when there were puppets and live hosts and they were all produced locally.

Samuel Frazier was an officer attached to General Greene's army in the campaigns of 1781.
Two of the sons, Samuel (long since dead), and Thomas N. (now Judge Frazier, of Nashville,) were lawyers; and another, Beriah, a physician, now lives on the Beaver creek farm, in Knox county, and has represented the Knox district in the Senate of the State Legislature.
Frazier is an elder in the Presbyterian Church.
