		Freddie Jackson (born Frederick Anthony Jackson on October 2, 1956, Harlem, New York City, NY) is an American soul singer.
		Jackson was trained as a gospel singer from an early age, singing at the White Rock Baptist Church.
		Jackson wasted no time issuing a follow-up set; Just Like the First Time appeared in 1986 on the heels of a number one RandB duet with Melba Moore, "A Little Bit More" (from her album A Lot of Love).

		Still, I love Freddie's music full stop but I will be honest and warn that this set did take more listens to get used to than I had anticipated, but the set is very, very clever in that it grows on you with each play.
		Freddie takes a more modern R&B beat-ballad approach on the title track of the album and settles in very well with it I must say.
