		Fremont High School is a comprehensive, co-educational, public secondary school that serves eastern Sunnyvale, California.
		Fremont is currently the only open public high school located in the city of Sunnyvale and is part of the Fremont Union High School District (FUHSD).
		This school is not to be confused with John C. Fremont Senior High School.

		Fremont High School is the oldest school in the district, and Monta Vista and Lynbrook are generally considered to be the highest achieving schools.
		The district was founded in the early 1900s as a small school district which served the Fremont Township in the West Valley region, which was primarily an agriculture-based community back then.
