| | French Immersion Program |
 | | In grades 7 and 8 the students have two periods per day of French, one period for French Language Arts, and one period of world studies in French; in addition, the English component of the Humanities Magnet is offered to immersion students. |
 | | In first grade, the children learn to read in French before reading in English, while they continue to study all their subjects using the French language as the language of instruction. |
 | | In addition to the immersion continuity, students may continue the study of their third foreign language which began in middle school, either Japanese, Spanish, Latin or German. |
