Blade Trinity Forums - Fright Night's Main Title Song
The problem is, Fright Night Part 2 doesn't have a soundtrack album, so it's a catch-22 again.
Columbia Pictures should release a CD of Fright Night w/ Debra Holland singing "Come to me" The lyrics should be accompanied by the music as heard in the movie.
Luckily however, Fright Night Part 2 resurrects the theme in Regine's performance artist scene w/ Charley, and again as the end credits roll.

Amazon.com: Music: Stage Fright [EXTRA TRACKS] [ORIGINAL RECORDING REMASTERED]
Stage Fright is littered with lesser-known Robbie Robertson compositions possessing more modest charms than the overplayed likes of "The Weight" and "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down." The title track is uncommonly hard-eyed and modern; Richard Manual's vocal, like most of his turns at the mic, is sparkling.
Although "Stage Fright" may not be quite as amazing as its immediate predecessor, it is a wonderful album in its own right, and one of The Band's two or three best records.
On the other hand, "Stage Fright" showed that The Band's music was capable of going in a different direction, as they would continue to prove throughout their tenure in the 70s.

King Crimson - The Night Watch
After the melancholy Nightwatch we come to the next improvisation which is Starless and Bible Black, the title track of the, at this point, not yet materialized album.
The Fright Watch should be called exactly that: the song is scary with high squeaky and dark dreamy sounds and later on load basswork and distorted guitar.
The album and concert close with the anthemic 21st Century Schizoid Man, the only track not culled from Starles and Bible Black or Larks Tongues in Aspic.

The Stupid President Album - Lyrics
We've raided their homes in the middle of the night And given poor families a horrible fright Rounded up forty thousand and tortured them and then We pretend that we're better than them.
Now you know that Al Gore was kind of a bore And that made it close right there, And all through the night Ralph Nader kept it tight, And Gore was winnin' by just a hair.
We hide the corpses of our heroes, that's not right And ship their coffins home in the middle of the night Make sure they are covered by the starred and the striped While Bush avoids the funerals where the mothers' tears are wiped We pretend we'd do it all again 6.

 The Band - LearnThis.Info Enclyclopedia
From their rustic appearance on the cover, to the songs and arrangements within, the album was a rejection of the prevalent hippie culture of California, with songs of rural America, from the civil war ("The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down") to unionization of farm workers ("King Harvest").
The tour following their second album would be the first with The Band as headline act, and the resulting anxiety, especially felt by Robertson who undertook hypnosis to combat it, was an influence on their next work, the self-explanatory Stage Fright (1970).
The album was probably The Band's last classic work, with subsequent records being increasingly disappointing.

THE METAL OBSERVER - Review - STRATOVARIUS - Visions
Every new album has its hits and classics and except from their really weak debut album "Fright Night", STRATOVARIUS had never released any bad album.
One of the greatest works of the guys around guitar player Timo Tolkki is surely their "Visions" album from 1997.
New respectively stronger appearing on "Visions" is the classical vein of the band.

Marilyn Manson: Lest We Forget: The Best Of - PopMatters Music Review
Listening to Lest We Forget you can't help but feel that unlike his idol -- and similar to the farcical career trajectory lampooned above -- Manson compromised, reprising his fright-night imagery with each CD release while continuously dumbing-down his music to keep from falling off the main stage.
Fast-forward this parallel universe to the present day: David Bowie would have one great album, and hold no musical or cultural relevance, with only a sprinkling of reverence among only the most fervent of fans.
Lest We Forget spans almost a decade of Marilyn Manson, but the majority of his original songs adhere to standard-issue, industrial shock-rock formulas, offering little variety between them.

Amazon.com: Music: Fright Night: Music That Goes Bump in the Night
Just look at the first three tracks: "Night on Bald Mountain," "Danse Macabre," and "In the Hall of the Mountain King." Those will put you in the mood for terrifying trick or treaters right there (and you can get bonus points by pretending that the Mountain King lives in the Mines of Moria).
I'm familiar with most of the pieces found in this CD, and I can say I don't think they are frightening at all.
They're great and highly enjoyable in their own right (the 'Danse Macabre' by Camille Saint-Saens is lovely dance music), but if one's intention is to bring together a collection of pieces of truly scary classical music, then this anthology hasn't done the job.

The Band’s third album, 'Stage Fright,' enters the Billboard album chart.
Widely regarded as their signature work, The Band soared on the strength of Robertson's songwriting ("Up On Cripple Creek," "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down"), the band members’ empathetic, loose-limbed musicianship, and the conversational blend of voices from Helm, Danko and Manuel.
Capitol Records embarked on an ambitious reissue program of The Band’s albums in 2000, bolstered with remastered sound and bonus tracks.

Safe Return by Jane Olivor CD
Jane Olivor is a talent that should be recognized more in the music community; as she once was before stage fright got the best of her.
My Olivor addiction was late, I missed the stunning buzz and excitement her 1976 debut LP “First Night” garnered.
She gives a nice rendition of “Warm” from the album.

 Jane Olivor
After putting out a series of decent selling albums on the Columbia Records label, including her stunning 1976 debut "First Night," Olivor left the music business in the early '80s.
Olivor's often mentioned stage fright was present only for a few brief moments after she had taken a band mike and walked through the crowd to shake hands.
Now, eight years after she started singing again, Olivor is ready to release her first album in 17 years, 'Love Decides," a collection of 10 1ove ballads that includes a duet with '50s and '60s rocker Gene Pitney.

The band did not record its debut album, Fright Night, until 1989, after which Lassila departed.
They are a band whose phenomenal neoclassical metal has stormed the charts of their homeland and has taken Japan by storm yet up until recently they haven't even had an American label to put out their music in the States.
This, to me, is admirable in and of itself in a time when most bands are trying to follow the trends rather than striving to be innovators.

 The Band
The Band's first headlining tour followed, with life on the road subsequently becoming the subject of 1970's "Stage Fright", which sacrificed the focus on history and myth so prevalent on the first two records in favour of a more contemporary vantage point.
The Band's wonderful, acoustic and laid-back album "Jubilation" was released in September 1998 and was to be their last, as the three original members finally went their separate ways.
Upon moving to Hollywood, The Band began recording their second LP, a self-titled masterpiece issued in 1969; a commercial success as well as a critical favourite, both "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" and "Up On Cripple Creek" became FM radio favourites, and established Robertson among the greatest songwriting talents of his generation.
