		Question: The Quran mentions in several places that the heavens and the earth created in six days but in Surah Fussilat it says that the heavens and the earth were created in 8 days.
		The same verse also says that the earth was created in six days and then later on the heavens were created in two days.
		The Arabic word used in the beginning of verse 11 of Surah Fussilat is summa which means; ‘then’ or ‘moreover’.

		The total days given is six when you realize that the heavens and the earth were created simultaneously during the first two days.
		In this way the total number of verses remain the same although the forged verse has been removed.
