Current Designations of U.S. Unmanned Military Aerospace Vehicles
No GBU- n /B designation was used, because the GBU designator did not yet exist in 1963.
The original AGM-154A/B/C JSOW are unpowered guided glide bombs and should have received GBU- n /B designations.
The missile project number 68 is also reported as AGM-68, but this is incorrect.

http://www.ospf.org/ GNU Zebra site The GBU Zebra project is a router software implementing OSPFv2, BGP4, RIPv1, and RIPv2.
This is the same implementation that accompanies John T. Moy's book mentioned earlier in this FAQ.
It has a special architecture that differs from GateD in that it allows to offloads the computation from the CPU to special ASICs and in it's modularity.

 The Rockwell B-1
Each B-1 carried 24 900 kilogram (2,000 pound) JDAMs, usually split between penetrators with short delay fuzes and contact detonated bombs.
The bomber could carry up to 24 Short Range Attack Missiles (SRAMs), but SRAM was obsoleted in 1990, and although the B-1B was partly promoted as a cruise missile carrier, arms limitation treaties ensured that it has never carried such weapons operationally.
The destructive capability of a single B-1B loaded up with 24 nuclear weapons is beyond comprehension.

The second broadcast of the war was made on the March 24, where Hussein dressed in a green military uniform, and again read from a script.
He looked in better health than the person making the previous broadcast on the 20th.

Eyeing Iran Reactors, Israel Seeks U.S. Bunker Bombs
GBU 28's will be effective against above ground reactor containment shells, perhaps against the core vessel itself.
However, once the capability is in place, one has the capacity to turn into the other.
I hope the US Legislature doesn't have cause to regret its refusal to grant research into high energy systems for this purpose.

Guided Bomb Unit-24 (GBU-24) Paveway III - Smart Weapons
In 1996 the Navy conducted tests of the F-14A Tomcat with the GBU-24B/B Hard Target Penetrator Laser-Guided Bomb at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Md., as part of an air-to-ground development program to support clearance for use of the weapon in the fleet by F-14 Tomcats.
Key accomplishments in 1996 included demonstration of controlled weapon penetration and detonation depth using the Hard-Target Smart Fuse [HTSF] and successful integration of the GBU- 24/ HTSF with F-15E and F/A- 18 aircraft.
The Hard-Target Smart Fuse, developed at the Wright lab, features an accelerometer that can be programmed to detonate the bomb at a precisely specified depth significantly enhancing munition lethality.

 Miltary Equipment Guides -GBU24
Reacting to increased air defense lethality, which force attack aircraft to penetrate the target area in a nap of the earth (NOE) profile, as well as provide a low level LGB option in the event of poor battlefield visibility or low ceiling, the GBU-24 was specifically designed for low altitude deliveries.
The end result was the GBU (Guided Bomb Unit) 8 or Homing Bomb System (HOBOS), a conventional Mk.
As with the Paveway I and II, targets may be designated by either the launching aircraft or another aircraft in the area, by an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), or by personnel on the ground.
