USA 0.30 caliber (7.62 mm) Minigun
Developed by General Electric in the early 1960s, the "Vulcan" series of miniguns is available in many calibers from 5.56 mm (0.223 in) up to 25 mm (1.0 in).
The term "Vulcan" was originally the GE Project Name for the first Gatling-type electric-powered minigun and is now a slang term for all of these electric Gatling guns.
Gun component parts, such as the rotor, housing, feeder/delinker, and barrel clamp/flash suppressor, are available in either steel or lightweight titanium.

The M-1917 is very similar in appearance to the Vickers and Maxim guns of the same time period, though the Browning gun can be immediately identified by the pistol grip at the rear.
GE was no longer tooled-up to produce the M-134 or its parts, and they were unwilling to re-establish the production line for the Minigun.
A small electrical booster was also added to the feed mechanism, eliminating the need for a separate electrical motor if very long belts or feed chutes are used.

Method for manufacturing a group III nitride compound semiconductor device - Patent 7096873
Since the p-type semiconductor layer has high electric resistance, the p-type semiconductor layer is electrified when plasma is generated.
This is because, in the group III nitride compound semiconductor, the p-type semiconductor layer is generally high in electric resistance so that a current is evenly injected into the layer containing a light-emitting layer to make it possible to obtain sufficient light emission.
Molecular chains of organic contaminations such as resist residues and so on are cut by the ultraviolet rays.
